He brings extensive expertise across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, Power, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering sectors, having successfully contributed to major projects across India and the Middle East.

With over 25 years of professional experience across business operations, administration, stakeholder management, HR, finance coordination, and client relations, Mr. Naveen Francies Mascarenhas serves as the Sales & Marketing Director at CIET. Having worked in multicultural and high-responsibility environments handling over 450- 700 individual staffs in total across India and the Middle East, he brings strong expertise in business coordination, vendor relations, strategic planning, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
